Big block overboreXstroke chart?

I was wondering if anyone has the numbers as far as bore X stroke, and cu. in. for overboring a 454 big block.

Lots of people think a .030" over 454 is a "468".
My friend bored his 454 .070" and when he did the math, he came up with a 469 c.i.d.
Anyone care to straighten this out?

I know there's one guy on this message board called "468BigBlock" maybe he can clarify for us?

Anyone have the spec's for all the possible overbore sizes, and what cid it would make?
