big carb,stock cam

i have a 350 with edelbrock intake crane 1.6 lift rockers corvette 2.02 intake heads.will a 750 holley be too much fuel or will it be overkill.i have 600 edelbrock on now and seems a little sluggish.

Not if the Holley a vacume seccondairy.
The 600 should be a snappy little carb, I think you may need to tune it in some.
