Getting ready to put engine in project that has taken way too long. 72 Bazer on 95 pickup chassis with custom injected 409 vortec. Just finished painting the jams and need to get busy putting engine in before hanging the fenders and doors.
Have some pics but can't figure out how to get them in here.

First of all, welcome... that's one Hell of a first post. :D

Second, getting pics up is easy... Go to photobucket.com and set up an account. It's free. Upload your pics to there. Once you do that, you should be able to click on any of the pics and get a link to that specific picture.

Then put the link inside image tags. You'll type exactly as I did, then add the link.

After the link, type

When done with the following link between tabs:

it'll look like this:

You'll need to get 15 posts under your belt before you'll be able to put up a url or remote link a pic. Anti-spammer measures that work...

Not saying you're a spammer, but it is the only way we have been able to virtually eliminate spammers coming in here and posting up pics of porn, and various web urls.

No Pics till thirteen more posts

I tried the photo bucket deal, but need to do 13 more posts to get in the game. Oh by the way I think I might just have some game. Wish you could see the pictures.

Big Tires

Krawler 50 looks good, I'm going to run some 20" rims with 35's to try and make it driveable, those swampers don't like the pavement much, have a set of them on it now that I will have to sell when it's done. Painting the rims last. 11 to go

409

Ended up going with the 409 after a customer froze a boat engine that had a factory stroker crank in it. Also have a 385hp Fuel injected engine sitting around that is all self contained ECM, harness ect. Saving that one for the 61 Cadilac Limo project.

I spent a lot of time smoothing the top. Should I match the body color or do it in white gel cote? The body is a ridiculous deltron 2000 orange candy.

You don't see a lot of smoothed, color-matched tops. I think it'd be sweet.

Only 2 to go! :D

Cool Jon, thanks for all the tips. You watching TV or something, you have been in front of computer a lot today.

Actually I left around 6:30pm EST and just got home a short while ago. Some friends of mine were having a steak/crab leg cookout that I was not about to miss. :D

Other than that, yes... I'm playing with a new operating system, so I've had my ass in this seat most of the day. I don't actually LIVE on CK5... :doah: :haha:
