I had 80 or so 2009-2011 F250 SD in our fleet I was responsible for, all of them got a right knuckle at least once some of them 2x. The fact that our Security unit was the primary users might have something to do with it.

A driver side drop a 241 sre inexpensive also. 89 pass 241s are a mint now.

Cummins K30 ORD Parts List
We are often asked "What parts should I use to build my truck?" What better way to answer this question than to show a parts list on our personal rigs! Little bit of late leaf peeping with my folks
A sneak peek of the engine crossmember that I made for this, had to wait for it to get back from powder. It will be available on our site soon, adjustable forward/rear by an inch for various clearance reasons.
I’m assuming stock won’t work because of the need for a panhard bracket? Or is that integrated into the coil mounts?
The panhard bar itself is the biggest problem, the stock crossmember doesn't work on this swap.
It all bolts together, the crossmember can be used on it's own with any axle.
Are the uprights that’s it’s tied into on that last picture part of the coil mount?
No.
The crossmember is 3 pieces. One on each side that bolt into the side/bottom of the frame as well as the motor mount pad, then the actual crossmember under the pan.
