Sold Big transmission cooler w/ fan

Moved my cooler location and I needed a different setup. This is a B&M Supercooler I bought about 10 years ago. I think it was the largest they sold. Basically 11"x11". 29,000 btu advertised.

This sale also includes an electric fan, Derale temperature switch, and 6an fittings in the cooler. I had the fan mounted behind the cooler so I could never see the fan to verify the switch worked. I know my trans never got over 200°. On the trail it usually ran between 170° and 180°. The switch should activate at 180° and turn off at 165°. Transmission cooling was never a problem for me.

The brackets should fit an 80's core support.



New the cooler is about $216. I don't know what the fan was and the switch is just $32 new.

i like stickers and the smell of fried tranny fluid ( shut up @Bent77 keep you dirty boy mouth shut ) .....

i got a mag-tec pan for my 4L80 and temp guage so i am good now till i get to driving it . otherwise i would be all over it .

Gonna move this over to eBay soon, so I figured one more bump. Even took video proof the fan works.

Did you still use the radiator as well or did you delete the lines in the radiator and exclusively use this?

I had this cooler in line with the radiator cooler. I don't remember which was first. I think the radiator was first.
