I took the side view mirrors of a GMC 7000 box truck today, I think they look pretty sweet on my truck even though there just mocked up and the truck inst done. Ive noticed everyone either has stock mirrors or no mirrors. Was wondering if anyone has ever put bigger mirrors on their truck and how they liked them and if they have pics..thanks

i love these mirrors on this truck, props to the owner!
Well, when you put the big honking ones on...
You discover that yes, there IS a bit of wind noise, and they can block visibility, particularly the left corner on four-way stops. In retrospect I'd move them out a bit more to alleviate at least the visibility if not the noise issue.
Or go back to normal ones

If its any kinda trail vehicle its usless though. get ripped off in a heartbeat.
very true, somehow didn't think of that, maybe I can make them fold in? The ones I got look alot like the ones of the 1st truck but w/o the little circle mirrors added... I think I'm going to put them on and just hope they don't get ripped off ha
