Bikini Top for 71 K5?

nobody makes one. That said, I've seen people use one from a jeep, but it would probabily require some mods. do you have a roll bar/cage?

Hey guys - I would love to get the same info... just pulled the hard top off of my new (to me ;-) 73 K5... I am having a heck of a time finding a bikini top, and I would love to get my hands on one!

A good source for custom bikini tops
There is a local outfit here in MN that makes custom boat & trailer covers... two weeks ago they took my 73 K5 for the day and custom made a 'bikini' style top. There was an existing metal strip across the top of the windshield (for the full soft cover), and they made the new top to match that mounting scheme. It is very similiar to the other bkini tops I have seen, and I am very happy with the look and the quality. This shop is well known around here for good work. There is almost zero noise, even at 80 mph, no popping or snapping.
I explained to the owner about ColoradoK5, and offered to write this post if he was willing to make more and ship them to other blazer owners. My truck has the original rollbar, so if yours does also, it should fit.
If anyone is interested, I can post a pic... cost would be under $200.
