Bilstein 5160 for My F250?

My main ride / workhorse is a 2001 F250 4x4 with a V10.

Does anyone here use the Bilstein 5160 's? If so how do you like them?

I'm open to other shock recommendations too.

What is the need for the reservoir?

The truck spends a lot of it's life in the desert and the added oil capacity should help keep it cooler.
