Bilstein 7100

I am impressed you were able to drill through them at all. Must have been a good bit, probably not anymore.
Many bits. Stepped up several times. Used water to cool it too. It's really odd some leafs drilled perfect and rather easy, others were way hard. But keeping the bit cool makes a HUGE difference.

Last time I did it I think I only junked 2 drill bits.
 
What leaf springs are you running? Tuff country? ORD? Man made?

Set of Skyjacker softrides from 1994. Had them on a 3/4 pickup for a long time but didn't wheel it very much, used a different rig. When I parted it I went through the springs with new bushings and pins. I removed 1 leaf in the back and put them in the K5.
