Bilstein valving & nitrogen charging

I thought they left the factory at full charge, as letting some out is easier than finding more to put in.
 
You cannot accurately fill these without a no loss air chuck.. You could use air for a very short time but be mindful you need a dryer to make sure no water or oil get into the resivoir.. C02 is better than regular air...
 
Yea it's amazing how low volume of nitrogen will fit in the shocks, a small tap on the Schroeder valve can release all the charge..
 
To rebuttal this thread because we are working on it, the 360/80 isn’t right for the lower spring rates were running, it’s too much on both sides, we’ve experimented with the 255/70 also and it still packs(rebound to slow) in chop. I’ll update this with my findings as we get there.

Any update My ORD 5125s with 2" TC are not enough feels "boaty bouncy soft" I dont want to go back to quad shocks
