black and white stripped wire comes from behind fusebox -where too?

After I got the truck I removed the carpet where the brivers feet goes and found this black and white stripped wire laying there not hooked up to anything.it come from behind the fuse box.Does anybody know where this wire goes too.everything seems to work .

How long ago were they using the seat belt indicator light?

Black/White stripe as I recall is normally a switched ground in GM wiring schemes.
