IMO, this is a big mistake for companies to pull this crap. They need to hire more ppl to keep up, not slow down and essentially close their shop up. When a company is out of the lime light, they are forgotten and customers have moved on. Ive seen it with tons of businesses.

Long story short:

We had a nice place to hang out during my high school days, it was a burger joint that had 50s theme and had waitresses on skates. This place was mobbed fri and sat. nite all summer long. It was one of the best places to hang out. Well, one summer they decided to renovate and close down (DURING THE SUMMER) and sure enuff, they reopened that fall and the place never recovered, the following summer, place was dead as can be.

But if they can't find reliable people who know something about the parts they sell, and they try to stay open while providing piss poor service, they become USA6X6...
