Blazer Bash 2013

whoa....cool!

unfortunately I won't be able to attend in 13....I'll be saving all year for the fuel bill for 14!

If fuel prices don't go through the roof, I am in the area, still own the Jimmy and the semi keeps running, I should be there.

Dave is excused for 2013 because he was present for 2012. You however did not and therefore are not. Attendance mandatory!

nya nya, nya nya, nya nya:haha:...

thanks Scott

Just stay put for the year and you'll have plenty of fuel saved up to go to Moab.

Another Utah trip???

Fairly new to CK5 but interested in finding out more about Blazer bash.
My wife and I drove to Moab in May with our 2 trucks, wheeled for a week and drove home.
Could be up for another run next year.
Fuel concerns---Nahhh---be happy you don't need to pay for 2 trucks on 42's over 5000 miles round trip.
Our fuel bills were around $4000.00 by the time we got home.
Had a great time though!!!

I'm planning on it for 13'. I almost made BB12, but a busted steering box just days prior killed those plans. Even though I only live 1/2 a day drive away, I haven't been able to make it yet. Hope to meet y'all in September.

Maybe I will get some work done on the the burb sooner then the end of August, but hey now I have until the end of September :waytogo:

Wouldn't it just be cheaper to buy a trailer? :dunno: Moab is worth it though

We have always been in the habit of driving to and from whatever trip or event we attend.
Breakage and repairs come as part of the experience.:D
Part of the trip has always been knowing we need to drive them home.
Didn't set out to build "trailer queens".
It is a reasonable idea, worth considering with the distance and cost involved.
