Just dropped my retirement packet this week with a final out date of Aug 30, 2017. This sounds like an epic way to celebrate as I would need some serious time off to make the trip from TN. I start terminal leave June 4th, 2017 (still get paid and not show up to work) which would allow me to finish any punch lists and make the trip.
Dates are on the calendar, Household 6 has been informed and approves. We'll see how it goes.

1/2 ton status
Got the front axle all apart as the inner diff seals need to be replaced. Chile Challenge in southern New Mexico starts on October 12th. Need to be ready for four days of wheeling then.
I just look at as being ready for the trail. Mine are too
I'm way too lazy to air up after a trail. So I just don't air down, saves time on both ends.
Putting in for the days off on this tomorrow.
