Replace sector shaft bearing
Build retainer for lower sector shaft
Replace tie rod ends
Remove passenger side front spring, pull inner spring shins and replace bushings
Cut front cross member and brace to eliminate interference
Replace axle shafts and ball joints

The Tahoe has a long list of adjustments and repairs. But now with my new shop, this winter I will make short work of it all. It will be trail tested 2 or 3 times before next September.

Well even though I have a great tow truck my goal is to have a driver, that can go anywhere.
The only reason I would consider towing is if I want to travel in my big rig as an rv and have my suburban for local trail rides where we stop.
But I prefer overland trips the most.
