Truck got about 12 mpg

Found some sand dunes to camp at in Idaho.
Next stop, Moab

She squeezed between the fenders no Vaseline!
Cannonballed from Denver. Stopped in junction for supplies. Got to the top of the world trailhead by 2:00. Took it easy going up, but that last section took some teamwork between my boy and I to find the right line.
We made it to the top and found some goons shooting video for the gram and YouTube's. Each truck Took a half hour per to have the photo op, complete with drone flybys and handheld footage. It was a bit much. Opening the RTT tent on the edge started pushing the limit. But the full on dipshit move was using a climbing harness and lowering two or three people over the edge with the winch on the front of the Tacoma.
We were solo, outnumbered and lacked the ability to speak Spanish like them. I thought about confronting them but chilled and waited my turn. I figure the pics I took would be better suited for the BLM to see.
I'll upload pics in the morning. Don't seem to have enough connection to upload.

Do it. Moab traction is nothing short of amazing. The scenery is sensory overload. Plus hitting the trails with like minded folks is rad.
I wish we took some video on the trail yesterday, but going solo we had our hands full. But I'll say this the 8.1 and 5-speed were getting a workout!
