Thats what I keep telling my self.
Call Tom Woods if you have the cash to replace it. They are in Ogden, UT off the interstate and could potentially have a new one ready for you to pick up on the drive down.I think my front drive shaft is binding and it won't spin, really don't know what to do at this point.
Are you sure it’s the driveshaft that is the problem?I think my front drive shaft is binding and it won't spin, really don't know what to do at this point.
The front diff yoke spins and the t case spins freely when the drive shaft is not installed but when drive shaft is installed it won't spin. Are you sure it’s the driveshaft that is the problem?
Thats some what my plan I'm going to measure it before I leave for work this morning.Call Tom Woods if you have the cash to replace it. They are in Ogden, UT off the interstate and could potentially have a new one ready for you to pick up on the drive down.
There’s not too much that can go wrong with the driveshaft, the front u joint is good? How does the CV joint feel? I’m pretty good at breaking the ball and socket in the CV but it still spins. I would do some more investigating before spending a bunch of money on a drive shaft that might not be bad.Thats some what my plan I'm going to measure it before I leave for work this morning.
I think it is, a cap fell off yesterday but I checked and all the needle bearings were still in place. What should I look at? I cant do anything till Friday and I'm running out of time, so I either call Tom's woods and have a spare or just deal with it at BB.There’s not too much that can go wrong with the driveshaft, the front u joint is good? I'm going to call the auto parts store today and order a new 1310Spare shaft would be nice, but I'm willing to bet money you are fine, maybe replace that u joint or just bring a spare.
