I’m having a hard time ordering a youth size shirt. Comes up a long sleeve shirt at check out.

The problem with smaller sizes is it requires different/smaller screens so there's an extra setup fee.
It's not my call to make these days, that's up to @ktmoutfront. In all honesty you are the first person I can recall asking about it.
Generally I remember screen setup fee being around $75. You either have to pay $75+ for a single shirt or split it up between all the shirts that use that screen size. It's a little hard to figure out for a setup like Blazer Bash because they do advance sales. They wouldn't know what to price them at without knowing how many might get ordered. The shirts are setup to be a mostly break-even endeavor, so it doesn't take much to result in it costing the event money.
I remember I had looked into doing more screens because I always kinda hated how the adult shirts have to have the screens made to fit a small size shirt. For someone like me that wears a 2XL, the print is on the smaller side relative to what it could be. In the end it gets expensive doing a bunch of screens to fit different sizes and the printers tend to shy away from it because it means they have more setup time involved and it messes with their work flow.
