Anyone on here go to that? I think it is in Georgia, or somewhere in the Southeast. It keeps getting brought up on Facebook. I thought it a rather odd name.

There is a thread here about it.

That is what I kind of figured as well.

Anyone going?

Seems like just a mud bog to me. I saw the fb posts about the u shaped pit that gave a bunch of people a hard on. I don't really know what to expect from that considering most of these people are the same people that think lift blocks are fine, and that rough country springs ride and flex just as good as custom made springs. :doah:

Well thanks. :surepal:

I'm not sure what you expected from an event called Blazer BATH or from a part of the country that's typically flat and wet. Sorry we can't all live up to your amazing example or expectations.

Sorry man, just not my cup of tea. If its yours, good on yah! Its a good thing to get a bunch of people together to promote our sport, no matter what the event.

You built a jana76 and even painted the inside. You are not "one of those people" because we all know you aren't a hack.

He was referring to the hacks

I never said you were. If you took it that way I am sorry. There are plenty of people that do the right thing and build safe rigs and you are most likely one of them. Hell there are some mud trucks that are very well built such as king sling or oppie. I don't worry about those rigs. It's the guys running stacked frames and huge lift blocks with a shoddy home built bumper that gets flung in my direction because of bad fabrication that I worry about. Unfortunately there are more shoddy rigs than well built rigs in the mud scene.

But honestly go up to the dunes for a day and look around at how many rigs up there with super hack jobs. Ive seen so many rigs running front blocks and all kinds of silly body lifts, and driving on the road at that. So I don't think it can be said as just a mud thing.

I think its an "old trucks attract a lot of people that want to jack em up cheap" thing.

And then there is the 5% that do it right.
