When filling out a lost title form, how do you list the body style? truck, wagon, etc...?

I always called a Blazer"wagon" when I register one here--then passenger plates can be used back when most "trucks" here were required to have commercial plates that costed more and had to be renewed yearly instead of every 2 years...but they changed the laws here a long time ago and now 1/2-3/4 tons with less than 5K GVW can use car plates...some states are picky and want exactly what the body emblems say listed on the reg, like "K-5 Blazer" ,other states like ours dont seem so anal--I have had several fleetside pickups that had varoius names under "model" like "Wideside" that never appeared anywhere on the truck--one Blazer I registered the RMV listed as "Utility" ...I'd call your RMV and see what they want it to be called, otherwise you may end up in a bind ...

my title lists it as a station wagon????

Of the 8 K5's I've owned over the years, some of them were listed as trucks (TK), a few were listed as station wagons (SW) and one or two had MPV multiple purpose vehicle on the title :dunno: so I guess take your pick :D
