Well after my 83 jimmy sat for 6 months i decided to work on it over the weekend. It was getting almost no fuel and no spark. i put a new fuel pump on got plenty of fuel. then started looking around i knew the wires were shot fond a hole in the cap i could stick my finger in. so i replaced the wires, cap, coil, and the rotor. Still no spark so iwent to my buddys house and "borrowed" condencer and module from under the cap(its an 81 chevrolet thats sitting in his back yard). the module was different than mine so i did not put it on but i put the condencer on. we went to check for spark and it started without that plug hooked up so we hooked the wire back on and put the breather on and drove it down the road it ran great. then i got home and realized my tags were out and then parked it in the drive way. got my tags today and went to start it to come to work tonight it just cranked over would not start like it was not was not getting spark any more did not havbe time to mess with it witout being late for work. Any body have any advise. me or my dad ddoes not why it does not start
