no, they changed aroud 78 i belive for the footwell for the rear seat, then they also changed the core support mounts in 81 i belive

Yes they did change in 78 . That didn't stop me from putting a 77 tub on my other 83 frame .
Deisels are different too. As is anything with a dual front shock as std. Things like e-brake brackets and rad supports (though not part of the frame) also differ.

The frame in front of the front spring hanger is different aswell(only matters if your going 52's)
