91' k5 TBI blazer. has a ORD rear shackle flip kit with a 9.5 inch 14 bolt sf diff and a six inch lift with 33's. Rear diff has a lockrite locker. just yesterday started pulling hard to the left under acceleration, once off the gas it tracks straight even while braking? just had tires balanced, retourqued front leef spring u-bolts, checked/adjusted tire pressure and have no clue why this is happening

I had a lockrite in the rear of my S-10 with a D35 rear with 4:10s and 33s. Check your tires tread depth and air pressure, make sure they are the same. It is a funny attribute with lockrites. Most noticeable when I would be coasting and then place my foot on the gas again, it felt like the rear end would kick out a little. Keeping the rear tires at the same tread depth and pressure helped this alot but it never completely went away.

I read about this fix in 4WOR tech Q and A section at the back of the mag. It was a year or so ago.

Also, make sure both hubs in your front end are unlocked... Forgot one hub with a locked front axle, and it certainly made the truck pull hard to one side under acceleration and hard to the other while downshifting (manual trans), but tracked straight when just cruising, coasting or braking.

Was going to suggest that you check air pressure in the tires. They must be the same if there's a locker of any kind in the diff and also make sure the tires are the same brand when there's a locker involved. Next would be a broken locker or axle.
