Blazer tire rack?

real quick question...
can a rear tire rack from a 97ish blazer be put on any 96-00 2 or 4 door blazer?
i heard that only ones that have had the rack before have built in reinforcments in the frame... is that true?

Problem is you're asking about the new-style little S-trucks, and we're largely focussed, as the tagline says, on 70's and 80's full-size trucks.

Might get better results on an S-10/15 specific forum, like ... http://www.s-series.org/ , say.
