If you were being offered what might be a killer deal on a blazer and parts. And the truck was 4 hours away, and you only owned a 1990 f/s jimmy (stock) would you attempt a tow?? Or am I screwy?? /forums/images/graemlins/screwy.gif /forums/images/graemlins/dunno.gif

If you are unsure of the Jimmy's )or yours) towing capability, why don't you rent a truck and trailer (like Penske/Uhaul)?

I'm 100% confident in my Jimmy, just not as a tow vehicle. Only because a Jimmy isn't really that great a tow vehicle. I guess it's a good time to upgrade my hitch to a two incher, eh?
350, th700r4, 3.73's, how fast could I realistically drive it?? /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif

I towed dollied my wifes old Sentra we traded , in mountain grades , with a 305 700 and 3.08's on 31's . It was a breeze . Altough I know a Blazer is a couple thousand heavier . What I did to get my other truck was offer beer and brats , and a whole crew showed up , with a trailer /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
