Well, that just looks right.
I think it's on upside down.
Going to have to change the gearing in one axle to run bignlittles.
So a bit of an update that's not really an update to this thread. Just didn't know where else to put it but while I was at my brother's house bending some tube one of the pins was not put all the way in after we had changed the die. Ended up bending the top plate of my Bender. Panicked a bit of course because it's eight hundred bucks that I do not have to replace it. So got home got to thinking. Thinking, was like a I have a forge. Took the top plate off put in the Forge got it red-hot set a piece of railroad track I have on top of it flattened it out.
So tragedy was averted works great everything fits no issues.

This is a update though, well sort of. Brother had an extra set, one wasn't welded yet, so I welded it. Now I only need heims and springs/ shocks. He had tube also, so that added to what I have basically means I have enough tube to do links.

Tires put on spacers in the front, none in the back for now. Need to go buy lug nuts to then cut in half so they fit in the spacers.
Can't you just buy short original style lug nuts?
The 9/16 stud is to big to fit a socket in the spacer hole. So you have to get spline lug nuts. I may have to replace my studs also they are rather long and may be to long, which I just thought of while typing this. My rear axle is a van axle so it is wider normally so it is really not all that bad for the width.

Gotcha. I just saw the other day that another guy on here found 9/16" lug nuts that took a 3/4" socket and he didn't buy them because of this. They might work with a chrome thin wall socket for you. I think he found them on Amazon or something like that. I had really long dually studs on my axles and then went from thick aluminum wheels to thin steel wheels and had to trim them slightly but I'm also running the expensive long ass lug nuts. I also had a shoulder on my front studs that gave me issues so I found a 9/16" fin thread die and just threaded them all the way to the hub. https://www.amazon.com/Chrome-Bulge-Acorn-16-18-Thread/dp/B019YQXN4A
That's exactly what I did on the spacers I put in the rear of my SAS'd suburban (to get the width the same as the front d60 I swapped...it was really needed on mine cause the 90's ribbed 14bff's have a narrower width). Luckily I had an extra set of crappy lug nuts laying around, so I cut them in half to fit inside the spacer
Oh, and love the look of this thing on pitbulls
Pretty sure I had to use a thin wall socket on those to get the lugnuts on and even then it was a tight fit.
Bit of an update for all of those not on the book of faces.
@blazinzuk puts on a mud bog in little Afton WY. I went last year, truck was a hit, so I had to go this year. So he had talked a bunch of us into going. Most made it with some sort of a rig.
I get put in the open class, due to tire size, and aftermarket fuel injection, no real body, etc. So no real chance of winning anything.
The mud this year was real brutal in the first round
I drew #1 so I got to be the first truck in the pit, open goes first.
It sucked, had it in high range, duh, went like 40 feet.
Every truck after me went about a truck length further then the truck before it. I don't think anybody in the open class got through the pit first round.
So being first in the first heat, I got to go last in the second heat. The mud gets easier as more tucks go through it.
Yeah got all the way trough and third fastest, so I got third. So now Twinkie is award winning Twinkie, which paid enough to cover the cost of my trip.
But now I have to go again next year, have I told you how much I hate the mud..........
The event did end up raising $9000.00 for the young girl who it was benefiting.

Amsoil makes a spray can of stuff they call "Mudslinger" that's supposed to make it easier to clean mud and dirt off. Haven't used it, but I thought it was interesting.
