Blazer's 85 Suburban "Twinkie"

Have the next two days off. Plan is to get all the fenders done. The hood maybe all the way done. As well as the traction bar greased and painted. Got the rockers painted and the stringers painted tonight.

Going to swap one of my Optima's out for another one that I have. One has been giving me issues. Going to just get two new ones later this summer. It will be the first new ones for this truck. Since I have like $36.00 into all four I have put in I cant complain.

Looking for a new Garmin Nuvi 1450 for my speedometer I broke the screen on the one that I have. So if anybody had one that they dont need I do.

So it rained for the better part of day one so my list did not get totally done.

Last fender is done. Or as done as its going to be for now. Cut my other hood apart and it did not work. Built a frame for the the hood, not sure if that is going to work either. Took old hood and did a bunch of grinding and cutting. Got it to where it may work, with or with out the frame just not sure yet.

Did you decide against the metal inserts to round the back of the fender openings?

Grill is staying black just not sure how much or what it will be yet.

Got to figure out the hood still.

Did replace one of the Optima's tonight will have to see how long the tune lasts now.

Am thinking about a secondary color with a bit more of notability. More then likely blue because the seat piping, brake lines, air hose and at least one seat belt blue already. Could do the window nets as well.
