So as to not start another build thread thought that I would just add these pictures here.
Did some more work on the trailer fenders are a bit more stout now.

So got the springs all done and painted and nice looking. then went to put them in and ......... I am a dumass they are 63's so....

So got them done spent about 10 hours but all done and good to go.
Found some self clearing issues but seem to have self cleared it self over the miles, so not going to worry about it .
Ended up using one leaf from the 63's so now I have two leaf's that have clamps in them to keep the spring from wandering.
Built basically the same pack size that I had before.

Oh and we also replace the upper spring mount bushing too. So all new bushing for the front.
Nice rig, I really like it.
So you're running a 56" main leaf with an offset pin and then just built the rest of the pack out of misc. leafs from a 63 and other 56s?
It doesn't look like you have a factory type overload do you? and if not I'm assuming that you don't have any axle wrap problems?
I'm running an offset pin 56" main leaf and then I used leafs out of a couple of different packs including a the 2nd to bottom most leaf above the factory overload that has oversized bolt style clamps on each end of the leaf like your outermost ones to keep the leafs from fanning open too much under droop, and I'm really happy with how they work except that the factory over load leafs keep rotating back and forth on the center pin. I'm seriously thinkin about taking the overload out to help drop the ride height down a little and just get rid of the annoying movement it has. I'm just worried that its helping keep axle wrap down once the pack settles onto it?
You can kind of see them in the picture I attached. (nevermind the dented driveshaft)

I cut the overload down so it looks like a zero rate.
So a winter update of nothing, before it got to cold went to start Twinkie up and she wouldn't start. So because she is in the Conex really can't get to the engine to do any work on it so didn't want to drag her out and then not be able to get her back so ...... left her sitting, not running in the Conex until winter is over.
Really need a shop just sayin.

Depending how the conex is set up next to other stuff you need a sliding barn door on the side of it. Then you could basically open it wide open for exit/entry and for getting to the front of the vehicle.
Problem is its not really a Conex it is a reefer semi trailer. So no side support or anything like that.
But the a/c kicks ass!
Well they do make doors on those for curbside delivery but they have to frame it and reinforce the wall, because the walls are not structured it's a box structure.
