Awfully hard to tell what is going on given how poor quality those pics are. Never ceases to amaze me that sellers won't go to the effort of getting good quality pics of a vehicle they are trying to sell. Course, sometimes poor quality pics are used to help hide a poor quality vehicle. Those pics sure make the paint look mis-matched
Looks like a truck with some of the interior roof removed to make a rag-top. You can still see some of the outer edge of the roof and the doors look to have the metal frame around the window opening. Just a guess.

Those used to be semi popular here when I was a kid. I remember my dad telling me guys would take the back of a cab and weld to the blazer tub, most would completely enclose the front and use the pickup back window and also pickup doors. I do remember one similar to the one in the pic that was open in the back like a '76 newer K5.
The one in the pic is most certainly a K5 with pickup parts.
