Bleed power steering if only topping it off?

Noticed the fluid is low in the reservoir and my plan is to just top it off with new fluid. Do I still need to lift wheels off the ground and turn steering wheel lock-to-lock if I'm only topping it off?

As long as the steering was working correctly, and it just needs fluid, you don’t have to bleed anything or mess with it

Just add fluid
