Bleeding air out of a P7100 pump.

Yep get rid of it, and get a new one from Geno's Garage. They come with the new nut and bowl Oring

Another thing, I'd really rather not buy more tires if I can avoid it, I've got tires now, but they're all 265/75R16's.

Basically, Can I run E Range 265/75R16's on the back as duals?

I do....just make sure the sidewalls don't touch under any circumstances
I run Duratracs...265/75/16/E's

How wide are your wheels? Have you had any weight on the truck?

This might be end up being a half ass build thread.
What I'd like to end up with in the long run would be steel 19.5's with proper truck tires.

Wheels are 6.5 I believe. I'm sure no more than 7"
The only real load I've had on it is tongue weight. I got about 5" between tire and fender and as it sits, there is about 2" til it gets on the heavy overload springs. I will be putting bags on it as I plan to put a camper in it someday as well
I have a spacer between the two wheels to give proper clearance between the tires

I was hoping not to have to run a spacer. The flatbed that is on the truck now came from a 94 Chevy, and the 215/80R16's that are on it now are dead even with the edge of the stake pockets, and about 3 inches past the edge of the mudflaps.

As far as the suspension goes, Currently it's 3/4 ton factory leaf pack with one ton overloads with airbags. And no shocks, so it bounces all over the place, I've got some brand new Rough Country sitting around that were too short for the silver half ton, so they'll probably end up on it.

Went to town, came back with new batteries, new drive tires, and some treated lumber to make sides for the bed.

Have you had the starter stick engaged?

Seeing as how I don't know what that is, I have absolutely no idea.
If you're referring to smacking it with a stick, I tried that, no dice.

I bought a pair of new Exide Batteries yesterday, I put them in the truck today, they turned it over twice, extremely slowly, and now nothing happens when I turn the key.

I guess there is a somewhat problematic issue of the starter sticking and the sending too much power to the fuel solenoid and burning the contacts in it rendering it inoperable
Geno's garage has some info on it as well as Cummins forum

I heard that but I thought it would fry the solenoid, not the starter.
Besides, I I got the shutoff solenoid working, turned out it was just a bad connection at the battery.

I've actually got ta thread going on Cummins Forum about this.

I've got my priorities in order. Starter goes out, make sideboards.
