Where can I buy blind nuts for the seat bolts that go under neath the floor?

Not sure if anyone reproduces those. May just want to weld some regular nuts to the floor pan.
that is what I would do or what i did for other things.. have one person hold the bolt and you put the nut on... 2 person job then you could go the extra route and tack them in.
