Your a little low, it should be filled just above half way, when the lights are on the heat will evaporate the light fluid somewhat. If you fill it properly you will get about every other oil change out of it. If you run Anti-freeze light fluid, it keeps your bulbs about 10 deg cooler and you will get more life out of your bulbs. some guys put food coloring in the fluid for a cool tint to the lights, but thats kinda ghetto I think. I like the regular old clear Anti-freeze light fluid myself.
