and theyre solid, always on. when i flip the switch they just stay on, is it that little silver thing on the floorboard? did a ground come off or something? blinker fluid is full, i dont know what else to check:rolleyes: whats the fix for this cause our coppers here are really assholes about this stuff here especially in a truck like mine. thanks alot!

Replace the "little silver thing on the floorboard", AKA flasher.:D

It's probably the flasher that went bad. Also check that all your light bulbs are good. I've seen a bad bulb cause all kinds of grief. Don't just look at the filament either, physically test them with an ohm meter to check continuity.

You need to add Blinker fluid. this happens when it gets low. Have to check the manual to find out where your resevor <sp> is.

I was going to tell you that you can get some blinker fluid from kalecoauto.com but they are sold out.

hmmm, the little silver thing on the floorboard is the high/low beam selector. You want to replace the flasher which is either mounted in the fuse box or under the dash somewhere, i dont remember.

There are two places to look. One is the obvious fuse panel, the other is a small panel on the right side of the steering column. IDK which has the turn signal relay. The bulb thing is also a must check. I spent half a day on a brake light that was popping fuses, only to find out it was indeed the bulb itself.:D

The turn signal flasher is part of the fuse panel. Tha hazard flasher is part of the convenience center on the right side of the steering column, along with the horn relay and hte buzzer.

somebitches started working again. sweet.

I had a problem with my blinker blinking really fast and when i hit the brakes they would stop or blink really slow. I found the problem under the back end where the trailer wires were wired in. they were corroded really bad on the connector. fixed and now work great.

i fixed it though, the flasher was good. i just spread the connectors so it got better contact. easy enough i say. with they way things are going now it was the last thing i needed to go wrong lol! im movin on up now.
