Any particular area? You can get maps at any forestry station for the national forest or area you go to, some are free and some cost I think up to 7 bucks.

there is a website for blm in ca. it has very crude maps which show blm boundries but thats about it. If your looking for topos or trail maps your better off figuring out what area of blm you want to wheel and then look up a map by "trail atlas" or some similar topo map company.
