Blowing Fuses

ok i hate electrical. Could some one PLEASE tell me or give me hints on why i keep blowing my Brake light fuse. i have popped 3 in the last week. Not to mention i keep popping my windshield wiper fuse also. My electrical is all brand new from Painless wiring. now the only thing i dont have hooked up is the heater controls.

Make sure its the right size fuse for the lights. Also check all your wires that pass through sheetmetal, if it does I would make sure they are protected. Also check your grounds, new wires so you had new grounds attached. Take them off and sand the metal behind the wire and reattach.
