hey all i was just wondering i want to make my own off road bumpers and i was wondering where to get designs for them any help would be great thanks

just rent a tube bender if you dont have one already, and fit it as you go,
till you like what you see, then tack it, and weld it.

I also know where you can buy them using the original stock mounts
that bolt on and off, relatively cheap.

++ steal someone else's ideas= new homemade bumper. That's what I did anyway. Mine is my interpretation of a cross between the first ORD bumper prototype and a poison spyder stinger off a bruiser chassis. :D

There is a couple thread that have tons of pictures, just do a search.

we make them, they start at $300.
I can send pics via e-mail,
I dont know how to post pics here.
were are located just outside Toronto.

What is that about 8 inches of lift with 36.5's ?
Close, 37's on a 6 inch with cut out cut outs (not a typo), the sawzall is your friend :D . The tires aren't really that big, its just that I was lazy when it came time to grind calipers, so I bought 15x10's with 2.75" BS and now my scrub radius is huge! Ended up trimming a lot more than I thought I would. That's cool though, it ought to be just right for my 39.5's on some recentered hummer rims and my axle moved 1.5 inches forward.

Cool

Nice ride- DanK5 from the tor site. My 60 is going in tomorrow. Will have a simular set up to yours for a while- K5 with 6" lift and 36s on HV wheels.

Opps, sorry to change topic. Back to bumpers...
