It Is A Mer Crusier 260 Chevy Motor.one Side Heats Faster Than The Other. And Every Year We Have To Change The Bellows. One Manifold Was Changed Out.

When you had the manifold off did you check the water passages going to the manifold were partial blocked?

There are two happy days in a boaters life, the day he buys it , and the day he sells it. :)

running out the door but.. sounds like a riser/elbow or manifold issue.. thats why we always do that stuff in pairs, etc... once its warmed up, put your hands on top of the elbows. if one is warmer than the other, they need to be done...

salt or freshwater?
