I have an 89 blazer and i just bought an Energy Suspension body mount kit. Which mounts will i need to have the carpet removed to get at the bolts? From looking underneath it appears that the two most rearward mounts and possibly the two in front of the front seats?

Just the rear 4 if you need to replace the bolts.

The rear two - you will probably have to drop the gas tank to get to as well. Dowse them with some PB Blaster or something like it before you start.

i think you can get at them with the gas tank in. i did my body lift when i had really nothing in the truck... i think you might be thinking of those two that are in the middle of the bed area. theres two way in the back by the bumper.

the two that are in front of the front seats your going to actually have to cut your floor open if they wont come out. mine i had one in front of the passenger seat spin and the two behind each seat. so i had to cut open the floor to get them out. but no big deal really, just re weld the floor closed and put the carpet back down no one will ever know.
