What is up my party people?! Just bought another K5 and it is a 4speed... stoked. But here lies the question. I just got ORDs 1" pucks and their poly body mounts. Same thing I did on my other K5, except that one is an auto. Will my clutch linkage be OK? I am not trying to fab anything, just looking for a little more clearance. It looks to me that I could have enough adjustment in the linkage? Who has run into this before?

I would think you will have to extend the linkage or convert to hydraulic. I don't think the factory linkage will adjust a full inch out. What year are you dealing with?

Once, many moons ago when rocks were still soft, I used actual hockey pucks under the body. The clutch was then not quite right. So I pulled the rod between the pedal and bell crank on the frame and lengthened it

I might have done math. Either way, worked fine once I stretched it

I really hope that isnt the case, lol
The rod comes out at an angle from the firewall. So I am kind of hoping it would be an angles like fraction of inches thing....hahaha

In recollection, I’m pretty sure I added 1/2-5/8”

It’s not difficult to remove and stretch, and it is an option over the hydraulic
