Can somebody please give me a part # or at least someone who sells brackets to lift the stock bumper after the installation of a body lift? I have a 1990 K5 blazer with a 3" body lift. I hate the look of the bumper hanging too low. Please Help! thanks in advance- Aaron

Not many people here run more than a 1" BL. It's just not the preferred method.

But to answer your question, you'd probably have to fab on your brackets to make it work cosmetically. Functionality may be a problem. If you ever actually 'bumped' something, it would have no support behind it and would probably end up in your tailgate.

I've never seen off-the-shelf brackets for this. I think because bumper modification is a safety/DOT infringement blahblahblah. I think I remember reading that somewhere.

Yep going to be custom or get a wider aftermarket bumper. The geometry of the stock bumper uses the frame to stop or slow the power of the crash. With it higher up it would push into the tailgate instead of frame. That's by most body lifts will give you a choice of a insert to fill the space between the body and frame.
