Body lift

If I take the 3" body lift out of my truck, will I have to change anything? It was there when I got it and don't want it there.

other than the bolts that hold the body on. I would check the lower part of the steering column, sometimes people make these longer. and ck the fan shroud, I have seen people hack the bottom out so the fan still has room. Ck your fuel lines in the back by the tank, sometimes longer pieces are needed for lift and they might not work if lift is taken out. Thats all i can think of.

if its automatic the shift rod going to the tranny might need cut off (3in) they need extended for the lift and if not shortened might hit tranny and not shift! just a thought /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
