i am in the process of replacing my original body mount bushing with polyurethane bushings on my 1976 blazer. i got all the bolts lose except for that one mother f'er that goes through the front cab support on the driverside. snapped the bolt. thought about drilling and re-tapping but does anybody got any tricks on fixing this so i can get on with it?

if it were mine, i would probably just run without it. either that, or weld the body to the frame and be done. i was almost there, this is what my body mount bolts looked like:

if there's something to get a bite on use a torch and some vice-grips. did it on my '85.
just remember to remove the sound mat and/or carpet or floormats from the inside of the cab floor beforehand.
