78 k5, working on frame repairs and need to know the size of the hole where the body mounts to the frame. Where the bushings are, what size is the hole they bolt through on the frame?

From my 74. Should be the same up to 80. 81 up have a slotted holes.
Starting from the front.
1.39" (this a DIY4x B52)
1.4"
1.39" (73 to 77 blazers have the cross-member mount, 78 up have the mounts outside the frame.)
1.37"
1.38"
So about 1.386" average. You probably get away with a 1.3/8 hole saw.
