My drivers door sticks a little after taking the top off and thinking I may have to shim up the B pillar a little.

Should I just use fender washers or are there official shims that I should use?

I’d try a Fender washer and see what it does

Home Depot carries the big square washers that are really close to the stock body mount shims. I think they are Simpson strong tie brand.

Just did the mounts on my 74k5. Only needed 1 under each cab mount. Was surprised as I did my repairs with the old mounts and had the cab shimmed up around 1/4”
Thought it was going to be worse with the new mounts.

Okay... lifting the body up off the frame by the B pillar made the door open perfect again, so nice to confirm it just needs a shim.

With that being said both B pillar mount bolts broke on me. Lol I kind of wanted to replace all of them any way so there is my excuse.

Should I go poly instead of rubber as some point I plan on roll cage with frame tie-in?

Having to add shims to correct door fit is ok if the body is structurally sound.
Matter of preference for the mounts, I used rubber like the factory. Lasted for a long time.
Others will chime in on that.
