Heres my question...
for those who dont remember, I am taking everything off my frame, so I can coat it in a rust inhibitor...
When I re-mount the tub, should I use ORD body mounts, or should I just solid mount them? I will have a 1" BL with it.
Someone said with flex and whatnot the body mounts will crack or something? Any help?
This is going to be on my trail only rig.

use poly body mounts with the 1" body lift so you have a little give! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I don't know if your serious or not because of the "grin" smiley.
What does everyone else think?

you can't have the body solidly mounted to the frame, you need to have some give. you can use rubber or poly bushings, IIRC they are about the same price.

I'd use something softer than solid, for sure.

There was a huge difference in my truck from stock rubber to poly, (way more body panel twisting) solid would be horrid IMO.

solid mounting baaaad, poly mounts goooood.
