body mounts/1" ORD body lift

got these parts from ORD a while ago time to install but i lost the directions.Can i get some help? PLEASE!

it isn't hard, just loosen all the body mount bolts up a little, then remove them all from one side jack it up pull the old ones out & put new ones in. put in new bolts & repeat for other side.

i am sure if u called ORD they would send u some more instructions.
