This is the front radiator support mount. Is the bolt supposed to be welded to the washer and the sleeve?

its not welded.

its rusted. :doah:

if you got a air hammer you can rattle it and it should fall apart . if not lots of work .

Look closer its solid metel I beet it with a 3 pound sledge even bentbit a little its not budging

then how would the factory install it to the support ?

trust me I live in the rust belt of hell.

if you got heat that will work also but slower. get it glowing red hot and drench it in cold water.

mine were the same way, had to cut them off :doah:

I did get one of them, but driving a chisel in between the body and the washer.

Mine looked like that. I put the nut back on and took an air hammer to it for no joke at least a half hour on the front passenger side. Once it was free I used an impact gun to get the nut back off. There was no way it was coming apart with me and a hammer.

Ok sweetk30 I owe u an an apologyit was just rust and I was just beeting wrong sometimes one more beer doesnt work so well but the washer was welded to to the sleave

If you order the OEM style body mounts from LMC it comes with all new hardware.

Martin

Yeah, that's why I didn't go with the poly mounts, you don't get the related hardware.

Martin

All the hardware is there ist just not the same as stock and you just need to figure out what goes where preferably before you crack that 6 pack.

Yeah, that is why I prefer the LMC rubber kit. It comes with EVERYTHING.

Martin

They are tack welded to the bed and need to be ground off.

I had to use the air hammer in the bed and hammer down to get mine out after I ground the heads off. I hope yours are not stuck in the sleeves.

Im still stuck on the rear most two dont want to use the grinder to much due to matted up carpet padding it starts fire quickly
