I crashed my truck. Nothing major driver side fender and radiator surport. All fourth of july weekend i've been looking through junk yards for a straight fender and a radiator support. Well today I found it all. I come home I pull my radiator support and driverside fender off. I tried putting on the radiator support and I cant get it to line up with the passenger side fender! I went crazy trying to figure it out then I ran out of daylight and called it a day. What's the trick to putting the radiator support and getting it on straight on with the fenders. Details please! Step by step!

i've had good luck just getting all the bolts started but not tight first. The rad support does sit on the front body mounts at the frame, is it possible you've tweaked the frame when you wrecked? If the one frame rail isn't exactly where it should be you will have issues with core support and fender fitment.

Might want to loosen the bolts on the pass fender, then install the core support and other fender. i don't see a need to remove it completely.

Yes loosen all the bolts, even fender well bolts. Also leave the two main core support body mount bolts loose. It's a big pain in the ass, but with some finesse and a lot of cussing and crying you should get all the bolts started. Once you have every bolt started then tighten them down.
