you guys that are running/have ran boggers, how many miles do you get out of a set if they are kept rotated/balanced and the correct psi? btw, what is the best psi for boggers on-road? (38.5x15x15)

Miles per Bogger = not very many.
Correct PSI = what ever gives you the best/complete/even footprint.
Gas mileage with Boggers vs Toyo MT's = SUCKS!
Traction/offroad performance with Boggers = priceless :D

If this is a DD and you can afford the gas and tire replacement, then put the boggers on. If not, get a spare set and change them out when going wheelin'. Or get a second vehicle to drive (that's what I did).

I bet you could get 20'000 out of them if you really took care of them. Tire pressure is the big one as for the right pressure it depends on your ride, you will have to mess with it until you get a good contact patch for the road. Another thing is make sure your alignment is good. Might even need to rotate them every 1500 miles. And don't drive it like a sports car around town.

~20k miles... like has been said make sure you rotate them every 1500-2000 miles and DO NOT neglect to run them backwards, i know it looks funny but its the ONLY way to make them last worth a damn

I'm sorry for the hijack, but this'll be quick:

Do you lose alot of traction by running the boggers backwards?? I know people run them backwards sometimes so if you get stuck, you have a better chance of backing out.

But do you lose enough traction you can feel it?? Or it is not that bug a deal (besides the looks).

I have had three sets of Boggers and I like em,but the next set will probably be TSL's due to the fact that mine is driven to and from the trail.

my friend has super swampers tsl's on his toyota and they havent lasted long at all probley only 15 to 18000 miles

you probley will get more then 18000 cause he goes to hollister like every 2 weeks so yeah he trashes them

ebay, $1095 shipped.. about the cheapest youll find em. i searched for about 2 weeks to find the cheapest ones

Hijack back on, I bought things for my Jeep from Hoaks 20 years ago. Are they still in business? Hijack off....My only advice is, don't buy Boggers for a truck that See's much street use. That way your not wasting money.

Yeah if your driving on the street much, they put more stress on everything else. Ive been running 39.5 boggers for a while now on my dd and it sucks, i cant wait til a get enough $ for some 40" Mtr's

Yeah hoaks is still in buisness. there not a bad shop just alil pricey. Nice thing is my friends father has an acct with them so i can get good deals!
